Sarah-Jane Walls is the Clinical Director of The Hub Glasgow, leading a multidisciplinary team across podiatry, physiotherapy, Pilates, and sports rehabilitation. With over 28 years of experience in the health and movement sector, SJ specialises in advanced musculoskeletal diagnostics, including ultrasound imaging, 3D gait analysis, and complex lower-limb rehabilitation.

SJ is an Advanced Musculoskeletal Podiatrist with a strong clinical interest in rheumatology, biomechanics, and ultrasound-guided interventions. She routinely performs diagnostic ultrasound scans, injection therapy, and comprehensive rehab planning for patients with foot, ankle, and lower-limb conditions.

Alongside her clinical work, SJ is a PhD researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University, where her work focuses on visualising inflammation and structural joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis using ultrasound and advanced biomechanical assessment. She collaborates closely with NHS rheumatology teams and contributes to research aimed at improving patient outcomes.

A fully comprehensive Clinical Pilates teacher of 28+ years, SJ is also the founder of the Clinical Pilates Academy, training healthcare professionals to integrate the Pilates method into evidence-based rehab. Her passion is empowering clinicians and patients alike through movement, education, and innovative diagnostic approaches.

At The Hub, SJ is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, detailed clinical reasoning, and dedication to building a safe, supportive, and patient-centred environment. She loves mentoring students and clinicians and has helped develop The Hub into one of Scotland’s leading sites for MSK diagnostics and clinical education.

Ollie is a Senior Podiatrist at The Hub Glasgow and an experienced MSK foot and ankle specialist, working across both NHS and private clinical settings over the years. He provides high-level assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including heel pain, tendon injuries, plantar fasciitis, forefoot pain, and biomechanical loading issues.

With extensive training in steroid injections, Ollie delivers safe and effective injection therapy for joint and soft-tissue conditions. He is also highly skilled in nail surgery for ingrown toenails, offering both partial and total nail avulsion procedures with excellent outcomes.

Alongside his MSK expertise, Ollie provides full routine podiatry care, including management of corns, callus, fungal nails, verrucae, and chronic skin and nail conditions.

Ollie is known for his calm, reassuring approach, clear clinical reasoning, and his ability to help patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. He works closely with our physiotherapy and rehabilitation team to ensure each patient receives a complete, joined-up care pathway.

Faith is an experienced Osteopath, Registered Nurse, and Clinical Pilates Instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience. She brings exceptional depth of knowledge, clinical reasoning, and hands-on expertise to The Hub Glasgow.

As Studio Manager, Faith leads the day-to-day educational standards within the studio while continuing to practise as a registered Osteopath. Her dual clinical background in osteopathy and nursing gives her a highly developed understanding of anatomy, pathology, and whole-person care, ensuring that movement is always delivered safely, intelligently, and with purpose.

Faith originally trained within a tactile cue–focused, manual therapy–informed Pilates lineage, and this remains central to her teaching philosophy. Her ability to combine precise hands-on guidance with refined verbal cueing creates an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and challenged in equal measure. She has an exceptional eye for movement and a natural ability to adapt exercises to meet the needs of each individual.

With more than three decades of teaching experience, Faith has worked across a wide range of client populations from rehabilitation and persistent pain presentations to general strength and conditioning. Her calm, grounded presence and clinical insight make her a trusted practitioner for both patients and students alike.

Within the Clinical Pilates Academy, Faith serves as one of our Lead Mentors. She plays a pivotal role in guiding teacher development, supporting trainees through practical training, and upholding the educational standards of our programmes. She is instrumental in shaping the next generation of clinically intelligent Pilates teachers at The Hub.

As Studio Manager, Faith also oversees studio operations, supports the teaching team, and ensures that every class delivered reflects the clinical integrity and movement excellence that define our brand.

Faith’s leadership, depth of experience, and unwavering commitment to high standards make her a central figure within The Hub Glasgow team.

Combining her physiotherapy expertise with advanced Clinical Pilates training, Mansi provides highly personalised rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions, including:

Amy is an internationally respected Pilates educator and a senior mentor within the Clinical Pilates Academy at The Hub Glasgow.

Based in Santa Barbara, California, Amy works with us remotely, bringing global expertise and depth of experience to support our teachers and trainees.

With decades of professional practice, Amy is known for her deeply client-centred approach and her ability to inspire creativity in fellow teachers. She has an exceptional talent for translating complex movement concepts into meaningful, applicable teaching strategies. Through refined cueing, intelligent metaphors, and insightful imagery, she helps teachers break down movement into comprehensive, embodied learning experiences.

Amy’s rich Pilates background allows her to seamlessly integrate traditional and contemporary philosophies and lineages. This unique blend creates intelligent, adaptable movement strategies that serve both studio and clinically informed environments. Her work supports teachers in developing clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how and why they teach.

Amy is a founding teacher for Pilates Anytime, the industry’s most distinguished source for online classes and continuing education. She has created over 390 classes for the platform and was instrumental in its development, serving for more than 10 years as both content contributor and director while hosting many of the profession’s leading educators.

Within the Clinical Pilates Academy, Amy provides advanced mentorship, workshop leadership, and professional development for our teachers. Her involvement strengthens our commitment to lineage-informed, clinically intelligent Pilates education and ensures our students benefit from world-class insight while training within The Hub Glasgow framework.

Lulu

Sports Therapist, Clinical Pilates Teacher & Clinic Operations

Lulu is an HND-qualified Sports Therapist and Clinical Pilates Teacher at The Hub Glasgow. With a strong background in hands-on treatment, movement rehabilitation, and Pilates-based exercise, Lulu plays a key role in both the clinical and operational running of the clinic.

As a Sports Therapist, Lulu provides targeted support for:

Her classes are known for being accessible, encouraging, and ideal for people working through injury or building confidence in movement.

Lulu is also a key member of the operations team at The Hub. She assists clinicians across podiatry, physiotherapy, and rehab, helping keep the clinic running smoothly day to day. For many patients, Lulu is often the first point of contact organising appointments, preparing rooms, guiding patients, and ensuring everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes.

Mia

Mia is a dedicated 2nd-year Sports Therapy student and an important part of The Hub Glasgow team. She originally joined us during her college work experience placement, and her enthusiasm, attitude, and natural talent were so exceptional that we offered her a role while she continues her studies.

With a strong interest in lower-limb musculoskeletal conditions, Mia is preparing to begin her podiatry degree at Glasgow Caledonian University next year, with a clear ambition to become a highly skilled MSK Podiatrist in the future. She is already developing a strong clinical foundation under the mentorship of the podiatry team.

Alongside her studies, Mia is a qualified Clinical Pilates Teacher, delivering both Reformer Pilates and Tower Pilates classes with confidence, clarity, and excellent movement cueing. Her classes are supportive, structured, and ideal for beginners or individuals working through rehabilitation.

Mia also provides sports massage and soft-tissue therapy, quickly becoming a favourite with patients thanks to her excellent hands-on skills and consistent results. She has already built a loyal base of regulars who value her precision and therapeutic approach.

In her role as Clinical Assistant, Mia supports podiatry, physiotherapy, and sports therapy across both clinics—helping prepare rooms, assisting in rehabilitation sessions, guiding patients, and keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day. Her reliability, kindness, and calm, caring manner make her a hugely valued member of the team.
